Refunds and Delivery

What you are buying

Everything we sell is digital. There is nothing to ship. Paid features unlock inside the site the moment your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds, and the videos you make are produced and saved on your own device.

Refunds

Because the service is delivered instantly, we cannot take back a video once it has been made. We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged but the paid feature did not unlock;
• you were charged more than once for the same item; or
• the tool failed to make a working video on your device and we could not fix it.

How to ask

Email pageflipanimation@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment, with the email or phone number you used and the payment reference from Razorpay. We usually reply within 2 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Razorpay and your bank normally take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. A 30-day pass simply ends after 30 days.
